Melanie ran in the SLC 5K last Saturday. She decided she really liked running about 2 months ago. She ran it in 31:18. It was a good experience for her and she was nervous. This d-bag really ran the whole race with the Spider-Man costume on, mask and all. Eventually she wants to run a half-marathon. Can't wait for the next one.

Way to go Mel!!! I'm really proud of you, especially since you used to HATE to run. Ella was looking at your pictures with me and was saying "Melly, Melly", it was really cute!
Nice work, on the 5k! We are super excited for you guys to come visit. Maybe we can sneak in a run or 2 while you guys are here. I think that Reagan and I might do the Hartford Marathon in the fall. You guys should come out and do the half. --Jake
